Who is this for?

• This is a great option if you need continued support after completing an initial nutrition package. This is available for in person and online clients.

• If you enjoy deep diving into topics about your health and/or have lots of questions or concerns, this package of 60 minute sessions will serve you well.

• If you’re an in person client and need more regular functional exams due to deep rooted digestive imbalances or other health concerns, this session length provides ample time to do those follow up evaluations.

• If you’re a new online client, you can use this as a robust starter package as it contains longer sessions compared to the Jump Start Package.

What’s included?

• At 60 minute follow up sessions, your FNTP will check in with you to see what questions you have and address those areas of concern. Individualized recommendations, which are focused on your health goals, will be provided after each session.

• If you are using this as an online starter package, your FNTP will utilize her arsenal of tools to assess nutritional deficiencies, system imbalances, and areas that need support. You will learn what support your unique body needs in order to achieve your health goals. Tailored recommendations will enable you to make changes that will actually move the needle.

• For in person clients, follow up functional evaluations will be conducted during one or more of these 60 minute sessions if deemed necessary.

What steps do I take after I purchase a nutrition package?

• You can schedule your initial appointment. Click here for an online session and click here to schedule an in-person session.

• Within 24 hours of purchasing your package, you will be sent an invitation to fill out forms that will provide your FNTP with helpful information on your current goals, symptoms, and eating habits.

Additional add ons:

• Supplements and therapeutic foods may be recommended but are not included in this package.

• Functional lab testing can be added as an additional service, but it is not included in this package pricing.
