  • In between the nutrition workshops, reach out to your instructor through the private member portal. Get answers to your burning nutrition questions from a pro. This is a valuable resource for inquisitive minds!

  • Challenge yourself by testing your retention after each workshop. Find out where your knowledge gaps are for that subject.

    Then, jump onto the group chat to ask targeted questions and to solidify your understanding.

  • Connect with your coach and fellow participants during weekly workshop check-ins to help you stay on track with implementing the information learned from the previous week.

    Between workshops, converse with other participants in the private member portal. Give and receive encouragement throughout the 10 week journey.

  • In this deep dive investigation of your body’s strengths and weaknesses, a coach gathers information on hundreds of your body’s symptoms. Then the detective work begins!

    • Small Business Teams (2-10): Small teams can join an existing on-line group

    • Medium to Large Business Teams: Reach out to us and we’ll set you up as a private group.

    • In-Person: If you are a company local to Louisville, you can opt for in person workshops.

    • Video Calls: This is a great option for individuals or companies who need locational flexibility for workshops.

    • Hybrid: Companies can enjoy a mix of in person workshops and remote workshops through this hybrid model.

  • On-line workshops for individuals:

    • We periodically offer a remote class for Body Decode. Contact us to enroll in our upcoming group.

    In person or on-line workshops for teams:

During an additional 1:1 session with your FNTP, you’ll receive guidance on what health habits will be most impactful in light of your goals and unique physiology.

    • Drink to Your Health: Learn what beverages are helping and hindering you from reaching your goals.

    • Lean, Mean, Fat Burning Machine: Drop unwanted weight in a safe, sustainable way. Balancing blood sugar and hormones enables you do melt away the fat while building muscle.

    • The Skinny on Fats: What do your libido, appetite regulation, cellular detox, brain health, proper nutrient absorption, anti-inflammation, and joint health all have in common?
