    At the monthly coach led video sessions, club members dive into topics that impact their performance. These range from sleep depth strategies, brain blood flow boosters to improve focus, and detoxification protocols that safely decrease toxic load and restore mental energy. Throughout the program, we focus on 5 key pillars of health:

  • Accountability and camaraderie are at the core of this dynamic support program.

    It’s a gift to have trusted teammates that celebrate your health wins and encourage you to persevere when you feel discouraged. This connection is fostered during monthly calls and through on-line group chats.

    Club members are each assigned to different teams within the greater club. This helps to ensure that no one falls through the cracks.

    Weekly check-ins on our private member portal and team check-ins during monthly video calls help to keep you on the right path to achieving your goals.

  • Take the information learned during the monthly workshop, implement the action steps provided, and watch your growth!

    Completion of challenges awards you individual points and boosts your team's point count simultaneously. The most consistent individuals and teams will be celebrated each month.

  • At each group workshop, receive supportive resources related to the monthly topic. These checklists, cheat sheets, and guides help to keep you on track between the live sessions.

  • What gets measured gets managed. Health habits follow that principle.

    Stay consistent with your nutrition by regularly logging your food in your client portal.

    Compare your nutrient intake with your mood and energy output as you learn what macronutrient ratios, meal times, and foods resonate best with your body and brain.

Program Details

  • The Fortis Club is geared for driven leaders who are dedicated to improving their health alongside others.

  • This 12 month program keeps you on track with your goals all year long.

  • The Fortis Club kicks off on January 16th.

    We meet virtually each month on the 3rd Friday of every month.

    The club will run from 12pm-1pm EST.

  • Champion the wellness cause and help others to improve their health by referring a friend or college to the club.

    When signing up, you will receive 1 free month of membership to the club. With each new person you help on board, you’ll receive an additional free month membership.
